Cardiac Critical Care Course (C4)

Target Audience:

This activity is designed for Paramedics, EMT's Firefighters, EMS/Fire Administrators, EMS Medical Directors, EMS Educators, Emergency Physicians, Emergency Physician Assistants, Emergency Nurses, First Responders and other Allied Health Professionals.        

Prerequisites: BLS/CPR/AED

Program Overview: Cardiac Critical Care Course (C4) is designed to provide emergency cardiovascular care for emergency medical personnel and encompasses topics such as airway management, cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias, drowning, stroke, electrocution, pharmaceutical intervention, recognition and treatment of MI and ACS, and the management of hypertensive crises & aneurysms. All educational subject matter is presented in an unbiased, balanced manner and is built on evidence-based medicine which is based on current standards of care. 

C4 has been approved by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board of Emergency Medical Services and has been approved by the Florida Department of Health Bureau of Emergency Services as an approved ACLS equivalent course, Approval #20-422173.
